My father owns a popcorn machine and sometimes makes my family popcorn for dinner. It is really good, and I am not really a popcorn person. I don’t care for movie popcorn but I like my dad’s popcorn. When me and my sister were younger he would bring the machine to our elementary school for our birthdays and make popcorn for mine and my sister’s class. He would also bring it to the school carnival and serve it to all the people at the carnival. It was really fun. Well anyway my mom isn’t much of a cook and she absolutely loves popcorn so one time she decides to make popcorn in my dad’s machine and (I never tasted it) she says it tasted like Styrofoam then my sister tastes it and she agrees. So you would think she would never make popcorn again. But last night she was craving popcorn. So she mixes in all the ingredients and gets it started. She gives me a simple task of pouring the popcorn out of the kettle but I did it to soon , so it was mostly popcorn seeds. But other than that it was good. I was surprised and shocked. But happy that I didn’t have to make my own dinner. So it was good but I think we should leave it to my dad to making it from now on so that it will be mostly popcorn instead of popcorn seeds.
