Dear diary, August 24^th, 07

Yesterday when I wrote my diary in third person, I thought it was going to be easy and just act like I was writing a book but it wasn’t it was super hard. I made a few mistakes because I said I on some things so my dad had to fix the mistakes for me. So I don’t think I am going to do that again. Well that was why it was so short was because it was really hard to explain my day and my felling when I wasn’t talking about my self I had to write Tayler, it sounded like an alter ego of myself. Well anyway today is Friday and it going to be nice having two days to sleep in. well I just went to school and it seemed to pass on by. We had a fire drill in 1^st hour which stunk because it was so hot outside it was hard to stand out there in the sun. usually I like the fire drills because I get out of class and take a break for a little while but not when it is over 100 degrees outside. Well I also found out that my band teacher (1^st hour) is bringing in two more flute players so I am on the end of the clarinet players so I will get pushed back into the 2^nd row again. I hate sitting in the back row it doesn’t feel right. I have sat in the front row the last two years but when I sit in the back it doesn’t seem right, maybe because I wont be able to see my teacher right in my face, which is probably a good thing but I enjoy sitting in the front row. It makes me feel that I am good at playing the clarinet. Well then in second hour is my Spanish class. I think I am getting better at remembering what I learned last year. So that is good but I am still trying to study to refresh my memory. Then in third hour we read and watched a really gross video. Third hour I have science. So we read our individual books. I am reading “Tangerine”. it is a pretty decent book so far. Kind of boring, I am not really sure what it is about yet. Hopefully I will find out soon. Then we watched this gross video that had to do with photography. It was all about how you could catch something on a special camera that you could see by a naked eye. It was interesting but gross because we found out this really nasty fact. I couldn’t believe it, but I am sure it is true. The fact is that people have just about as many insects and bacteria on them as there are people on Earth. Isn’t that disgusting. I was shocked but I am sure they know better then I do. Well then it was weight training time. We actually worked out today. We did the bench press, we also did shrugs, and some triceps work outs. It was pretty cool. My partner is my friend Amal but I ended up working with about 5 other people. It was kind of cool because I am getting to know some other people in my class. Then I went to English. I really like that class. I really like my teacher too, she is really nice. We had a pretest but I finished early so she said we could do homework from another class so I took out my Spanish homework and I had a few questions on some things. Well she had told us that her husband speaks fluent Spanish so I thought maybe she would know the answers the questions, so I went up and asked her. She didn’t know so she offered to call her husband to ask him. I thought it was hilarious because we were in the middle of English and she was calling her husband to help me with my Spanish homework. So he helped to find out the answer. I thought that was really nice and cool. So I finished my Spanish homework in my English class. But I still have about 50 left out of 84 problems on my math homework. Math is my longest hour of the whole day. Which stinks because it is my 6^th hour and so my day seems to last forever because I am stuck in math! And my teacher is kind of being mean to us. When the bell rings she waits a whole minute to let us go. I think that is not fair because as soon as the bell rings we are out of school so we should be able to leave but according to the student hand book the bell does not release us the teacher does. But then why do we have a bell. I don’t some things in that book are stupid. Well so I was walking home and as soon as I got in our yard my dad and my mom pull up!!! Yay! I haven’t seen my mom is a week because she was in Austin, Texas for business. And I missed her very much. My Nana made a plan for us to go out to dinner at Black Angus tonight to greet my mom home. I thought it would be nice and it was going really good. But I was sort of getting annoyed because everyone was talking at once and so I could hardly get a word in. then my sister kicks me from under the table so I asked her if she would not kick me. So she starts shaking her foot at me so it was hitting me in the leg. So I said firmly stop kicking me. I was hoping to get my parents attention so they would ask her to stop so that I didn’t have to. But they were in a deep conversation so they didn’t hear me. But because my sister is stubborn she kept kicking me and insisting that she wasn’t. so I yelled stop! And she yelled back I am not kicking you. So I scooted over and yelled lour to get my parents attention CUT IT OUT! My parents were really mad because I ruined the family dinner because of out immatureness. I agree that I should not have yelled in a restaurant but I was so starving for my parents attention to make her stop that I didn’t know any other way. And I don’t have any idea to make my sister to stop in less my parents hear me and they butt in. but what else was I supposed to do whisper to my sister to stop kicking me or try and whisper to my depth parents to ask her to stop. Not that my parents are truly depth, they are just hard of hearing. That is just how I felt I know my sister will have a different story on her website. But I don’t care I know what happened and it’s the truth. I apologized to my parents of course because I didn’t let them finish their conversation. Well my day was fine except for that little incident. I got over it real quick because I know I was right and so it doesn’t bother me if people disagree because it doesn’t matter because I know the truth. Well that was my day.
