Fergie was a part of a band called The Black Eyed Peas. But since then she has made a c.d. solo called “Dutchess” and this girl has proven that she can sing. I mean on this c.d. she does so many different types of singing. She sings some songs such as “Fergalicious” or “London Bridge” where she is rapping and singing hip-hop. And there is a song “Big Girls Don’t Cry” that is slow and powerful. I did not realize that she was such a great artist untill I heard “Big Girls Don’t Cry” I didn’t even know it was her singing untill I bought the c.d. I only thought that she could hip-hop from Black Eyed Peas but no she has a voice and it is really good. She even sings a few songs with her old Black Eyed Peas member Will.I.am. As much as I like both Black Eyed Peas and Fergie, I hope remains going solo because she is doing well. But I also hope that she takes a break to make a c.d. with the Black Eyed Peas. Because I would like to listen to both of them, she makes good music with a band and by herself.
