Dear diary, August 29, 07

Wow! It has been three whole days since I have written in here. I need to write in here everyday. I have been sick all week and it stinks. My throat is what hurts the most. I am coughing and my throat is dry and when I speak my voice is really cracked and squeaky. Last night I could not breathe at all because my nose was all clogged up. Plus two people in my weight training class have strep throat. And they came to school so I might have strep. But I doubt it and I pray that I don’t. I had strep once before and it was not fun. Well yesterday I asked my mom if I could go to a football game today after school but at first I could not get a straight answer. Because at first my mom said we would have to see when my sister’s open house was. Then it was like what time is the game at? Who is picking you up from the game? So we finally figured that all out and my mom said I could go! We had plans that on my parents way to my sister’s open house they were going to drop me and my friend Kayla off at the football game, and then Kayla’s mom was going to pick us up and bring us home. But today in second hour the vice principle came over the intercom and said that they were changing the school because of problems in the field. So when I came home today my mom was just about to take a nap but before she fell asleep I told my mom that they changed the school. But this school is a little bit farther but in the other direction. My mom said no that she would not drive that far. I knew it all day but I was still hoping maybe I could still go. But my mom said no. What makes me mad is that my mom could have taken me, she just didn’t want to. And she shouldn’t have to do something she doesn’t want to, but yesterday she said I could go! So I missed out on that. Well my parents just left to go to my sisters open house. It is also date night for they are going to be out almost all night. I am glad they are going on a date night, they rarely get time together. And when they do, they go their separate ways. Well anyway we are selling magazines at school. I usually sell about four or five magazines. And win a pen or a marker, nothing special. But there is ipod speakers this year! I want them! I have been wanting them for a long time and haven’t convinced my self to buy them yet. But that would be awesome if I got them for free! I have looked at some stores for them, and at each store it was around fifty dollars. But I am not going to try to get that much, I am just going to sell what I sell. Well that was my day, I got to go do my homework.
