I know I haven’t wrote my diary in a long time but I have been very busy and not to mention I have been sick. Well happy belated New Year. I didn’t make any new year resolutions because I am perfect already. No, just kidding. I just pick the same resolutions ever year and never follow through. So this year I decided not to make any.
Like I said I have been sick this week. I felt bad on Saturday night and I couldn’t sleep so I woke up early on Sunday and told my mom. Sunday I stayed in bed the whole time and than I stayed home from school on Monday and didn’t do anything. My dad has a thing about people who are sick. So I wasn’t allowed to touch anything and I was supposed to stay ten feet away from him. He hates being sick so he gets really mad if you are nine feet away from him instead of ten. I also stayed home on Tuesday but I went to the doctor to see if I had strep throat. While I was getting checked out my mom’s car was parked out front and this lady was parking in the handicapped area and accidentally did something wrong, went forward instead of backward, turned to the right, went up on the curb, ran into my mom’s car, pushed my mom’s car into the parked car next to us and than finally stopped. When we were about to leave the doctors office this lady asked if we had a white car. My mom said she was thinking “Not anymore”. I was really mad, mostly because I was sick and wanted to back home without waiting around for people. My mom made a good point that if your in a car accident you don’t want to be in the car. So I guess that was lucky that we weren’t in the car but I still wonder what that lady was thinking?! Why did she hit the gas so hard that she was able to go up the curb? She said that she just freaked out for a minute and I don’t drive yet but I know if you freak out hit the breaks! Our car was sandwiched in between two cars so it had 4,000 dollars worth of damage on it. We get our car back the 25th so right now my mom is driving a rental car. It is awesome! Its black and big. I don’t know what kind of car it is but I like it!
I was happy to go back to school even though I still feel bad. I love my third hour! When I got back my friend Shannon was like “TAYLER! You’re back!” and I just said “yeah” but than my friend Mariah burst out into a song. She singing “you’re beautiful. In every single way” and than like five people joined in “Words cant bring me down”. I was just laughing but my teacher was like Tayler you’re going to have to leave. He wasn’t serious. But it has happened before where I distract the whole class but I don’t do anything. Like when I got my haircut. Paige said she liked it, then Shannon noticed and said it looked good than Savannah said she liked it. And than Mariah wanted to see because my back was facing her and than everybody was talking about my haircut and the teacher had to settle everybody down. Its not my fault. I was a bystander. Just because they were talking about me I cant be responsible for their actions. It was hilarious though. It really didn’t distract class because it was during SSR. SSR stands for silent sustained reading. It is where everybody in the whole school reads for thirty minutes everyday.
Today my best friend Nina asked me if I wanted to go to Payson with her and her family for her sister’s birthday. I was like YEAH! Although it is cold in Payson that will be a lot of fun. She said we might go snow boarding. That would be exciting. I have never been snow boarding but I want to! We might not even snow board. I just am glad that I will be doing something this weekend. All I have to do is finish my homework that I missed when I was absent.
My math teacher is being dumb! I didn’t get a test signed so she want me to serve M.I.T. which is like a detention but it is where you do a bunch of math homework. At the beginning of the year my dad told my math teacher that I wouldn’t be able to go to M.I.T. because it is just a waste of his time. And over a stupid not signed test? I told her I cant go but she says that I have to. And people that don’t go to M.I.T go to a alternative day program during school. Which is stupid to get a student farther behind in two of their classes. And I am not getting behind because of her! I already used my M.I.T pass because I didn’t finish an assignment all the way. But I have never been to M.I.T before and not because my dad said I wasn’t allowed to but because I do all my homework and I almost always get the test signed on time! I am mad because that is just ridiculous. Plus I have been sick so I am forgetful. Oh well. She’ll see that I wont go.
