What I’ve Done- Linkin Park

Linkin Park“What I’ve Done” by Linkin Park is an excellent rock song. I love the beginning with the piano. It is all simple with the piano and then they add more and more instruments till you can’t hear the piano anymore. I love how the singer (Chester Bennington) is almost yelling to get some attention or difference in his voice but he still controls his voice and stays in tune. And it isn’t just like heavy rock or over done where you cant understand what the singer is saying.

Love,

Tayler!

Here are the lyrics to ‘What I’ve Done”:

in this farewell
There’s no blood
There’s no alibi

Cuz I’ve drawn regret
From the truth
Of thousand lies

So let mercy come
And wash away

[chorus]
What I’ve done
I face myself
To cross-out what I’ve become
Erase myself
And let go of what I’ve done

Put to rest
What you’ve thought of me

Well I clean this slate
With the hands of uncertainty

So let mercy come
And wash away

[chorus]
What I’ve done
I face myself
To cross-out what I’ve become
Erase myself
And let go of what I’ve done

For what I’ve done
I start again
And whatever pain may come
Today this ends
Im forgiving what I’ve done
I face myself
To cross-out what I’ve become
Erase myself
And let go of what I’ve done

What I’ve done

What I’ve done

Forgiving what I’ve done
