My mom’s favorite song is “Smooth” by Santana featuring Rob Thomas. She absolutely loves Rob Thomas. I like this song also. What my really likes about him, besides his looks, is the way he pronounces his words. I don’t know what it is but he has a certain appeal in the way he sings the lyrics. Santana doesn’t sing in this song but he does do an amazing guitar solo. He is the best guitarist I have ever heard. My mom told me that Rob Thomas actually met his wife doing the music video for this song. She is one of the dancers I guess. I like the Spanish vibe to this song. One of the lines is “I could change my life to better suit your mood”. if a guy does that just to change your mood, you are pretty special! Oh.. And I know this song is not by Matchbox 20 but it is sang by Rob Thomas so I thought I would put it in this folder.
